Welcome to another Meet the Maker interview! I’m so excited to introduce you to Shelly Diaz of Daisy Stitch Co! Shelly is a talented yarn dyer who also designs beautiful patterns! She’s truly a talented maker who supports and encourages other makers! It was also fun to get to know her better and chat about her maker journey!
Bio
My name is Shelly Diaz and I am the proud owner of Daisy Stitch Co! I live in Texas with my husband and 2 dogs, Daisy and Maggie. I have 2 grown up kids, Zach and Hannah. I love the outdoors and being active, especially dog walks and bicycle rides. I am also an avid reader-everything from the classics to beach reads.
Yarn is my passion! Sharing my hand-dyed creations gives me so much joy. I have been crocheting for many years and learned to knit a few years ago. I always have several projects on the needles/hooks and am always dreaming of new colorways to create.

Bounce Blanket
I just finished up the Bounce Blanket by Tin Can Knits. Such a great pattern! Works up so quickly!
The yarn is from my Summer Vibes Collection: Daiquiri, Bellini, Mimosa, Margarita, and Just Breathe. The purple is Lavender. All on DSC Fibers DK. All are available in the shop.
