Welcome to another Meet the Maker interview! I’m so excited to introduce you to Molly Wiecks of Five to Six! Molly is and amazingly talented seamstress and makes gorgeous, high-quality project and notions bag for knitters and crocheters. I just know you’re going to love her and her bags!
Bio
Molly Wiecks is the lead designer and maker at Five to Six Handmade. She started sewing her own knitting project bags and organizers, and then started branching out to create custom organizers for knitters far and wide. Molly is passionate not only about knitting, but about finding more joy in the craft by having organized supplies and tools. She loves working with knitters to find solutions to store ever-growing collections of needles: interchangeable, double-pointed, circular, and straight! She is also working on expanding her collection of crochet hook organizers and project bags. When she’s not sewing up orders in her home studio, Molly is busy knitting, crocheting, reading, baking, biking, snowboarding, or just generally trying to keep up with her two busy boys. Her best evenings include a moment of time between five and six, feet up and with a project in her lap!
